In short: Best Value Half so far
In full: Really steep hill at the start but after that pretty easy going. Great atmosphere at the start/finish even with the poor weather. Most generous goody bag I've had for a UK race and best value ever. Would definately recommend.

In short: Big hill followed by easy course. Lovely park ending. Great organisation
In full: Ok - the bad bit. The hill! Everyone mentions it and rightly so as it's a killer. I am a slow starter and always run the second half of a race quicker than the first so the hill was very tough.
The good - After the main climb there's no other climbs of note for the whole course and except for a tight footpath around half way it's a well designed and runner friendly route. The park setting for the start/finish is lovely with loads of room and a cracking final sprint!
The really good stuff - Really well organised event which is well supported and a goody bage worth collecting unlike some events. And finally a mention to the course commentator who is a legend and worth the entrance fee alone.
I'll be back next year. See you there.

In short: Worth every ache and pain I am experiencing today!
In full: This was a fantastic event. I was born in Wycombe, and it was wonderful to run round my birth place. The atmosphere was superb. Great encouragement from the marshalls and spectators. The water stations were well organised, apart from at one where the water tasted a little iffy...but still when you need a sip of water its better than nothing! The goody bag was generous, and also got a lovely medal and t-shirt.
The hilly bit at the start of this race is a great warm up for the muscles. In advance I had run up marlow hill once a week, and found I coped with the hills well due to this.
I so want to do this run again next year! Thank you to Handy Cross runners who organise this event.

In short: Very well organised, rather hilly
In full: It's just as hilly as I remembered. Lots of encouraging marshalls and loads of water points. Fantastic goody bag, very bling medal and technical T.
Loved the race announcer commentary 'we've got 24 degrees today, yes, thats 12 degrees in the morning and 12 degrees this afternoon'.

In short: A great race with excellent organization and good value for money
In full: Second year running this race and enjoyed it even more this year. The race is well organized, starts on time, loads of supportive marshals and a great goody bag at the end.

Well done Handy Cross Runners and Grant and Stone. Looking forward to next year.

In short: Incredibly well organised with great support
In full: Surprised by how big this race was. Everything was immaculately organised and lots of marshalls making safe what would otherwise have been a tricky route. Lots of support out on the course and at the finish and the most generous goodie bag I've ever had anywhere.
Thank you to Handy Cross Runners and Grant and Stone!

In short: Can't fault it in anyway
In full: Very well run event. Good encouragement all the way around. Feared the worst after the tough climb upto 2 miles but flat or downhill after that.
Enjoyed the steep downhill section. I think we earnt it.

In short: The best, toughest 10k you could get
In full: As others have already said, excellent organisation, well marshalled, tough course and good freebies at the end! Living in MK could have done the NSPCC Half...but why when you can get a great race and better value for money in Wycombe?!

In short: One big hill , then mostly flat or down hill ....very well organised
In full: Excellently organised and gets the big hills over and done with in the first quarter with the rest flat or downhill. fantastic encouragement from the organisers and marshalls. great goodie bag and the only race organisers I am aware of that provide a technical T at the end which guarantees for once I will actually wear it ! Very pleased to finally run a course I always used to support as a child . Great effort Handycross Runners!
