In short: Thoroughly enjoyed but please organise the car park in/OUT better, thanks
In full: Great atmosphere and good organisation for the actual race BUT the car parking - you need people to marshall the outgoing traffic as well as incoming. It was a free for all and took unnecessarily long to get out. Marshalls on the course not as chirpy and supportive this year. But blimey you sorted the weather, perfect. Many thanks, will look forward to next year and a sub 2 hour.

In short: Excellent organisation overall, a few minor snags
In full: Overall, the days was very well organised. However, there was a 10 minute delay to the start of the race due to problems with car-parking.

In short: A Good Run for all standards.
In full: A well organised run, good weather and good support. Ideal for taking the family and friends along because of the nature of the route but it can be a little off putting for runners doubling back and passing the finish line at the 8 mile mark.
As for the complaints about the traffic, the organisers did ask/warn people to try and get to the Headquarters an hour before the start time(I assume to allow for traffic and any other hold ups), which I think the majority of people did and then wait patiently an extra 15minutes on the start line.

In short: Gets better every year, well done! Although a map was sent with the starting pack, some signage would have been useful for car parks.
In full: Other areas for improvment would be the tight paths where runners cross each other near the bridge at the dry dock, and mile 9 to 12. Very difficult for the wheelchair races to navigate blind bends with runners coming aorund them. Also traffic control at the dry dock was not great. Overall a great race and will be back next year

In short: Great race, great atmosphere. Lovely scenery on coastal path. Might need to manage the traffic a bit better next year though

In short: Perfect conditions but boring course and a distinct lack of signage to the car park!
In full: The course is run along a coastal path and should be beautiful but somehow it just wasn't. The out and back nature of it doesn't help nor does (IMHO) the fact that you can see how much further you have to go before the turn around points!
The lack of signs to the event was very irritating. Especially given as the traffic was dreadful. I ended up following my nose and parking at an alternative car park.
Apart from those 2 moans, not a bad race.
