In short: Who cares about medals and water it's the hill we come to conquer!
In full: We're all getting soft. I took a sip of water, so I'm now sorry for not leaving it for later runners. Do we really need a water station on an 8 mile run in December? If you really need water use a belt or carry a bottle. The mug is nice and a bonus for the hard work but the reward is knowing that you've tackled and completed a very hard run.

In short: Great race, low key and quick and organised
In full: I did hear there was no water at the 1st drink station and apparently the 1st runner came into view and had no police presence.
I personally liked the race and will be back

In short: I always enjoy this race
In full: A few people have commented about lack of tea and cakes. They were available, but in the smaller barn as the normal one had been hired for a wedding. Also the year the start was at Losely House, everyone moaned about the walk from the car park.

In short: They ran out of water - unforgivable - a beginners mistake
In full: And a race license requires them to provide a water station. It's not as if they haven't run a race before, allegedly, or have no way of knowing how many people will come - they set the race limit.

In short: A good run but running out of water for that many people is very poor

In short: Start and Finish a mile apart!
In full: The Start could easily have been in Loseley as well, with a bit of imagination with the route, e.g. up behind the College of Law to rejoin the A3100 by the Ship.

Tea and Cakes in one of the Losely Barns would be ideal, naturally there'd by a hike in the race fee (to cover hire), but I could live with that.
