In short: Well organised race, bit breezy by the river
In full: Great race but narrow down the high street, if people started in a realistic position in the start area then maybe there would be less congestion, and pigs might fly lol. Maybe more zones at the start would help.
Still, a well organised and good race. Looking forward to the bar of fudge.

In short: A great race, well organised and lots of support
In full: The route was good and fast, the only problem was that the start was quiet congested and it was not easy to know where you should position yourself. However overall it was an excellent race and improved on last year. Well done to the organisers.

In short: Good race apart from the first 2-3km - really needs to be done on wider roads!
In full: This is a course with good PB potential, and in general the race was well organised and well planned. Unfortunately I couldn't get far enough forwards at the start (this could have been better organised - I couldn't get near the sub-45 minute section due to congestion), ended up behind lots of much slower runners, and the route was quite narrow for the first 2-3km making congestion bad and overtaking hard if not impossible. Finished in 46 mins - a PB but not as fast as recent form suggested I could go. Wind was a bit brutal at times too! Crowd support was good and the last 5-6km of the route were great once runners had spread out. And fudge in the goody bag was awesome :o) Def would do it again, and well done to the organisers, but please please sort out the start for next year!

In short: Good other than the narrow start
In full: Other than too many people trying to get down the narrow roads and lanes at the start a pleasing race. A wider start for next year please!
