In short: Great event, looking forward to next year's one.
In full: The race route, atmosphere and organisation were all excellent. A big thank you to the marshalls, who I thought were excellent.

In short: Good average race
In full: good race, high potentional for injury as it goes cross country through fields, should made into a cross counrty race only or road race not both.

In short: My first 10K and what a great experience it was!
In full: I had a brilliant experience at this race. The course was just the right amount of challenging for me (I was worried about the dreaded hill but barely noticed it at all!) and the organisation was first class. I found the emails beforehand with parking info, for example, really helpful. The course itself was quite crowded at the start and I found it difficult to overtake slower runners for the first 5K, but it opened up towards the end and I managed to pick up to my own pace for the second half. Very impressed with the super quick uploading of finishing times. Loved every second of this race, will definitely be back next year.

In short: Slow times due to numbers entered. More of a 'fun' than a training race. Terrain more farmer's fields than road!
In full: Lots of people on the day - my time was roughly 6-7 minutes slower than expected because of bottle necks and shear number of runners there. Tshirt nice, friendly people at the end generous with finishes.

In short: Blimey - that hill!
In full: I have done this one three years in a row now and it gets better each year (although sadly my time doesn't). A good mixture of terrain - not sure I'd like to do it when v wet underfoot though . . .
