In short: Great race again!
In full: Thanks Dartford for another good race - the change of date was perhaps no bad thing for you as the weather definately warmer and there looked like similar numbers of runners (was there less club runners than there would have been in Jan? Not a problem either way, but looked like lots of people training for LM so timing may have been good for them). Road closures and cones on busy roads really helpful and as always, the last hill is tough!!!

In short: Excellent organisation
In full: Very slick and obviously a great effort from the club to make it so. The marshals knew their job and actually pointed us in the direction to go and managed the traffic superbly. That's a bit more important than clapping runners. The organisation was worth the entry fee alone, but the tshirt, medal and goodies were welcome.

In short: Fantastic race!!
In full: What a great race. Tough course but that just adds to it. Plenty of parking, plenty of toilets. Great warm up area. Right amount of drinks along the way. Drinks, fruit and medal at the end. Though the one thing to stand out the most was the marshalls. Any event could not take place with these and at some events most of them just don't want to be there. However at this race they were the best I have ever encountered. Every single one clapped and gave encouragement. Quite simply fantastic!!!

In short: A very well organised and friendly race, would recommend this.
In full: Everyone involved was so friendly and encouraging, from the smooth bag drop off, water stations en route, marshals along the way, those at the finish and the ladies handing out the free top. Excellent value race. A fairly undulating course, not really a PB course but thoroughly enjoyable. Brilliant facilities at the stadium, warming up on the magic bouncy football turf was great fun. Well done and thank you Dartford.

In short: Signed up last minute and LOVED IT.....back for another gong next year.
In full: Can't fault this at all. Parking was ample, venue had all the facilities you could ask for. Registration on the day was fast. Baggage very well organised, route is tough (basically its along the Dartford Half route). The GONG is lovely and the long sleeve shirt quality. Plenty of water on route, drinks and fruit at the end. So worth the money. The marshals were the best I have encountered. They were so full of enthusiasm and encouragement that it really lifted your spirits. Members of public out of their houses clapping, the cops out stopping traffic. It all felt like a family event. Thanks to the organisers. As Arnie says, "I'll be back".

In short: The best I have ever been to.
In full: I was very impressed with it all, I would say it's been the best so far and other organizers could learn a lot from this one. Loved it all and was very good value for money. Well done for providing a brilliant race.
