In short: with twelve weeks to go, it reminds the legs and jam tart exactly how much work there is to be done

In short: good race with nice scenery especially after the 4th mile
In full: they could ban the traffic in places when needed. I had to inhale policecar's exshaust gases for 1 hour until as it was always in front of me trying to limit the speed of following co-running cars

In short: Excellent organisation, VFM, goodies, shame all roads can't be closed!
In full: You can't do too much about drivers who persist in driving along designated running routes esp if its your own road!! But DRR did well in marshalling and keeping them in check. Great Stadium facilities for changing etc and good weather helped this course much of which maps onto the 1/2M course. Will def do again!!

In short: Superb organisation and a nice challenging course with PB potential.
In full: This was my second running of this race and I enjoyed it even more this time round. The organisation was superb and everyone was nice and friendly. A nice tech t-shirt and the sports shake at the end was a nice change. I'll defo be back again next year and hoping to knock another 10 minutes of my time.

In short: OK Race
In full: Not a bad race I spose and didn't really think it was that hilly at all - wish i'd picked up the pace more now but was thinking any min there's gona be a horrid hill/incline and there wasn't - well appart from the obvious one at 4miles!! Also, wish mile markers were bigger and clearer - only saw a few. Fab organisation though - well done and thanks and nice/decent T-shirt for once!:)

In short: The hill at 4miles made me wish I had done some hill training, but a decent downhill stretch not too long after was enough to re-energise legs for the back-end of the race. Huge thanks to the marshalls who had to deal with rude and grumpy drivers!
