In short: Wind, rain and MUD
In full: A big thankyou to Worthing Striders, especially all the marshalls standing around in the wind and rain.
I thoroughly enjoyed this race, the course is great, and the weather added an extra challenge to the mud, didn't stop the smiles though.
It was nice to have a choice of mementos at the finish, along with a shower - even if it was a chilly one.
Will definately be back for more.

In short: Lots of mud - my favourite race of the year
In full: When you see so many people coming over the finish line covered in mud and smiling, you know it's been a great race. Many thanks to all the organisers and friendly marshals. Enjoyed myself very much.

In short: Challenging terrain at the best of times, but in today's weather....
In full: What an outstanding pre christmas run. Hilly and muddy on a variety of surfaces. The weather was dire but the friendliness of the host club and the dedication of the marshalls and PCSO's made for a fantastic day. Many thanks.

In short: Lovely Race, lovely people.
In full: Lovely Race, lovely people. No way could the weather detract from the great scenery and the marshalling was stoical considering the conditions. Thanks especially to the kids handing out the choccies on the last hill, there's dedication (or possibly bribery) for you. Everyone should do this race at least once. Worthing Striders are to be congratulated.
