In short: Great Race - enjoyable course - great views
In full: If the weather was bad it could be interesting! Views along the coast amazing, the steps - good fun and hard work.
Fine for beginners as long as you've done the training.
Thankyou Poole AC

In short: Undulating/hilly? More like hilly/abseil.
In full: First time. Plenty of surprises up it's sleeve. Friendly, well organised. Get near the front if you care about a time. Actually if you care about a time, don't do it! But do it because you love running in beautiful countryside.

In short: Brilliant race as always
In full: This year the weather was perfect and there were even Small t-shirts left when I finished!! As always excellent organisation with lovely friendly marshalls. If you've never done this one, its a must. If you have, see you there next year.

In short: Challenging but rewarding. Nothing worthwhile is easy.
In full: I love this part of the country and the organizers have cherry picked the best part. As with races like this, if you don't go for it from the start there are bottle knecks but they gave Fenland runners like me the chance to get my breath back before the next up or down struggle. One last word, beware the steps, even without queing you couldn't run up them, hard as nails. Tougher than race the train last month.

In short: First time but it won't be the last: fantastic race :D
In full: I was REALLY scared of this one: partly a result of reviews that mentioned the challenge of the steps and partly as a result of feeling inadequately prepared after being away on holiday (as discussed with fellow runners near the start of the first gentle incline: a very friendly father and son duo). However, I can say that I was genuinely upset when a marshal told me I only had 4 miles to go: I was enjoying it so much. The scenery was spectacular, the weather perfect, the marshals excellent. I might easily have been last (though I wasn't), it just didn't matter: for me the run wasn't that kind of event. Food at "the Greyhound" afterwards also recommended. So if you're thinking of this one, have a go! :D

In full: really enjoyable, good atmosphere, excellent marshals and sign posts, good cameraderie on the route, generally nice and easy running with the exception of 3 flights of stairs :)
