In short: First time I have run the PLS 10K, expect to become a regular. Thanks to all the marshalls for their encouragement and to the Striders for organising an excellent event. (A bit less wind next year please.).)

In short: Enjoyed this race - even a blustery 40mph cross-wind couldn't dampen spirits. A special thanks to Penny Lane Striders for excellent organisation at all stages of the race (and a nice t-shirt, too!)

In short: Only marred by passing my workplace twice...
In full: A great start and finish in the grounds of Liverpool Cricket club, with clean toilets and massage, a good PA and helpful announcer, excellent marshalling. good safe parking, a bit of a queue to leave the car park but who's rushing at that point?

In short: pb
In full: well what more could a person want than a pb on a course that even had a hilly finish, was a great turnout, nice atmosphere, and I noticed a big increase in the number of participants this year as stated by the person at the start.
