In short: Enjoyable course with the usual brilliant organisation and great atmosphere - will be back once again next year
In full: This is a superbly organised event, it's hard to see how they could improve things. The atmosphere is most encouraging, the course is a lovely one to run with great scenery and about the right amount of challenge.
The only downside is because the event is popular it is very difficult to achieve a fast time. The posting by Sophie Davis is spot on, it is very frustrating being stuck behind other runners on the single file sections of the course who are running much slower than you would like, and yes WALKING up one uphill! The organiser's efforts to counteract this by the staggered start is being negated by slow runners putting themselves in unrealistic time categories.
That aside, this is one of the best events of the year and definitely on the calendar for next year.

In short: Great scenery, brilliant organisation, just a shame alot of runners didn't place themselves in correct pens!
In full: No chance of getting bored on this wonderfully scenic, undulating course. Really well organised and lots off encouragement from the marshalls.
OK, so here's my rant... I placed myself in the correct pen and hence spent at least 8 of the 10k overtaking people, which was incredibly hard at times as certain sections were single file. This was unbelievably frustrating - at times people were WALKING up a single file hill... these are the people that reckoned they could complete the course in under 50 mins...errrr, right!
So technically my rant is to other runners, not the organisers, but maybe the organisers could make a point of asking runners to be honest when rating themselves as this course can be particularly hard to overtake in sections. (This is why I have marked PB potential so low)
Rant over. Anyway, it was a great run, I still can't walk properly! Looking foward to next year!
