In short: Great course, mostly flat, but with a couple of inclines and changes of terrain, but good PB material!
In full: Really nice venue, easy parking, well organised from start to finish and a frre T-shirt & water. Not bad for a tenner! i will be back next year.

In short: Brilliant, friendly 10k
In full: On a lovely sunny Sunday, the scenic Lee Valley 10k was brilliantly organised, well marshalled and well supported. Personally I managed to finish the 10k in time to run the 3k Fun Run with my 6yr old. He ran all the way and loved it. A brilliant day. Thanks to D Coffey and team for the organisation.

In short: Very scenic route, needs a few small improvements, but worth doing.
In full: Very scenic flat traffic-free route within park land with lots of twists and turns, various terrain, good atmosphere/support from marshals and drinks at finish. Parking inside the park and free.
Didn't see all KM markers, directional arrows needed at right angle turns to prevent competitors running on, not enough toilet facilities, average quality/design t-shirt, results need tidying up.

In short: Ran like clockwork
In full: Beautiful location; organisation saw everything running (no pun intended) on time and without fuss; great marshalling; free post race massage; water and quality t-shirt at the end; parking 100m from start/finish. What more could you want. Great race.

In short: Race across the water
In full: A route carved across a lake filled river valley. Never better than on a bright sunny day. Lovely atmosphere at the start and finish thanks to excellent organisation and support. Definite PB potential.

In short: Great little race bit humid on the day but very flat and potentially fast
In full: Humidity slowed me down - can't blame the organisers for that! Great run for beginners and perhaps not suited to the very serious pb seeker. I quite liked passing the 4k fun runners near the end and if they were in the way I just called out as I approached.
