In short: A perfect day for running and a great, fast course. Organisation was faultless and the Bara Brith at the finish makes it all worth while :)

In short: Flat, fast course. A real PB course.
In full: Well organised and in good weather difficult to imagine a faster course.

But allow time to find the place if travelling there by car for first time. Practically no signposts.

In short: Every runner within 60 miles should do this race.
In full: Perfect organisation and a really friendly race.
You even get a fruit loaf for finishing - far more useful than a medal.

In full: Outrageously flat so brilliant for PB - if you can't do it here then you never will.
Echo the sentiment about clock at the end and also even though I finished in 1:45 which was a massive PB for me all the sports drink had gone

In short: Good, flat course - ideal PB run
In full: Only downside was some of the traffic and the speed at which a few of the cars passed the runners.
