In short: I'm not a great runner and this wa My first 10k run ever and I really enjoyed it. Fun course - I really enjoyed the mix of road and off-road.

In short: First in my diary, a brilliant race
In full: Petts Wood is a brilliant race epitomised by a relaxed professionalism. It has a small race feel but a big race organisation. There is a proper start/finish, chip timing, excellent marshalls and a varied, road and trail course which tests even the best 10K runners. Well done again this year

In short: So here's the thing: I don't like running, but need some kind of target to strive for and this was it. What an excellent, scenic, well organised, friendly event that was also a great family half day out! I'm going to buy a new pair of trainers now!
