In full: Great organisation and a tough run. Picturesque villages and scenery, but was trying to cram as much oxygen into my lungs to look around too much !

The support at 5/7 miles was excellent - great idea to have the runners names printed onto the numbers. The bucket of jaffa cakes at the finish - amazing.

In short: My new Personal Worst half marathon time
In full: I slipped, and sprained my ankle, on the first slippy downhill section. I didn't want to pull out so near the start, so I plodded on, thinking "I'll see how I feel at the next water stop".
I seemed to be going backwards compared to everyone else, but I (eventually!) made it all the way around. I wouldn't have made it without all the support from fellow runners and the marvellous marshalls.
My ankle is the size of an orange, and my whole foot has turned some unbelieveable colours, but I'll be healed in time for the Picnic....

In full: Great race. Massive thanks to Rob and all of the excellent marshals for keeping up the cheers even for us back of the packers. I'll definitely be back next year.

In short: As always... fantastic !!!!
In full: This race never fails to disappoint. It has everything - atmosphere, great organisation, friendly marshalls, beautiful scenery, and lovely race mementoes. Bit muddier this year, and managed an early bath at particularly big puddle. Do it next year you won't regret it.
