In short: Great fun, but the mud and trails/rivers were treacherous at times

In short: Well marked course and well organised
In full: Multiterrain course and this year plenty of water and mud. A Big thank you to all the marshalls and organisers. Keep up the good work YTRRC.

In short: Great Race (with the odd hill and mud patch!)
In full: Organisation was great, even for those wanting to enter on the day.
Signs/Km markers throughout course.
Good encouragement from Marshals/helpers.

Fairly low-key event that has the potential to be bigger. Definately an 'off-road' shoe event this time due to weather.
Well done to the organisers for a great race.
(just try not to book rain next time!)

In short: Can't believe a PB!!
In full: Have given this run a good rating because apart from the hills and wind managed to get a PB - even though previous was on tarmac...so well chuffed. Lack of toilets and no showers didn't seem to bother anyone and the scenery was spectacular

In short: Excellent - lovely views and challenging
In full: When it's cold, a nice cuppa does wonders. Shame there wasn't one. Distance markers would be nice. Medal - below average, but I believe it's all for charity - so no moan. Otherwise, one of the best courses ( and slowest 10k ) I have raced in many years. Definitly back next year.

In short: Great place to run, Hill not as bad as it is made out to be
In full: Would come again next year as long as it is dryish underfoot, Lovely setting and the hills are not that bad - not half as bad as Coombe St Nicholas. Lots of stewards and all very happy and encouraging. A Star

In short: A challenging but excellent race!
In full: The course for this race is very challenging, with a few hills on the course, so don't expect to get any PB's on this one.

The scenery is excellent, the organisation was brilliant and the atmosphere was warming. (which more than made up for the biting wind!)

The negative point I have about the race was the lack of distance markers but this does not take anything away from the fact that this is a superb race!

I will definitely do this race again!

In short: Incredibly scenery, mixed terrain, few hills but the windy weather made it more challenging! Will defintaley do this one again and will recommend to others! Amazing!!! This is the 1st race I have done where my trainers stayed mud-free!
