In short: Nice Place, Nice Event
In full: By good fortune it was a nice sunny September day which was great for the spectactors and didn't really pose a problem for me. I was prepared to run/walk the hill if necessary but it wasn't as steep as I thought it might be. A cool bottle of water and a banana at the end were welcome. The distance seemed short of 10k by a tenth of a mile according a friend and I's Garmin GPS watches. I was happy with my time though. All in all happy memories.

In short: sunny, nice course, well organised
In full: I really enjoyed this and was dreading "the hill" but didn't think it was too bad- agree berko half has much meaner and steeper ones. Well organised altho I didn't hear the start gun...don't think it was just me!
I also thought it was good that there was more for spectators than usual and convenient for them to watch the first 2km and last km.
Was glad to raise money for a small charity which has benefitted my close family.
