In short: this course has got some real teeth in places but what a great race. my favourite half marathon so far.

In full: great race lovely setting. Must have just been me who thought the hill was tough then ! Off road section was great but thank goodness it's been fairly dry.Definately want to do this race again.

In short: Great route, pleasant race
In full: A good Saturday morning out - pleasant route out and back along the canal (3 miles each way) with a 6 mile cross-country loop in the middle. Great stuff!

In short: nice weather,very well organised great marshalls.nice canal run followed by hill and woods followed by towpath back to finish i travelled quite a way to get there but worth it see you next year:-)

In short: A perfect introduction to trail running.
In full: What a great way to start the weekend! A lovely route out on the canal towpath - and actually it was not hard to overtake here in most places - then a stiff climb to a pretty village, followed by an undulating descent through woods back to the canal. Very well sign-posted, delightful marshals and a very warm reception at the finish. Definitely one for the race calendar.

In short: Perfect weather lovely views,good coarse.
In full: This race is a one off,There should be more like this as it make running far more interesting,and I was faster than last year so a good day all round.Will be back next year.
