In short: This years run was in very warm and sunny conditions. This made the race even harder. There were plenty of drink stations which helped.

In short: Next time, close the roads! Running on a dual carriageway in Leeds was not only unpleasant but dangerous. Very little marshalling or support - all in all a bad race experience
