In short: Fantastic
In full: My 1st attempt at this race and enjoyed it a lot. Managed to beat my previous 10k time by 3 mins. Conditions were perfect. All in all it was organised brilliantly. Made up with the free shirt and well stocked goody bag.

In short: Great technical shirt and medal, the rest of the goody bag was also good.
In full: Not got a bad word to say about the event. The organisation was good with plenty of marshalls both at the start/finish and around the course. Had to cross a couple of open roads but as I said the marshalls did a fine job.

Will admit that this years race was a little dull weather wise, but the scenery would I'm sure be glorious if I could have actually seen much of it for the mist/cloud.

Another good point was that the large sized shirts were actually large enough to fit someone who wasn't a racing snake build, unlike the shirts I've had at other events.

In short: Only 363 sleeps till Mad Dog 3!!!
In full: Yet again an awesome Mad Dog run. Did the first one last year and will definitely be back for the trilogy on Feb 10 2013. Superb organisation, feb goody bag, t-shirt not my colour of choice but excellent quality all the same, marshalls friendly & encouraging, could go on and on with the credits. A must do 10km, voted the best last year for a reason. Very proud to be a Southport lass today, this event does us proud!!

In short: Top Dog. Flawless organisation and probably the flattest course in the uk!
In full: These guys really know how to organise a race. If they could move the start/finish to allow it, this race could become one of the biggest 10ks on the UK Calendar. With the wind as still as today it's a lightning quick course! Goody bag is great and the atmosphere in Southport was really positive. Well done!
