In short: PB POTENTIAL
In full: DISAPPOINTING AT THE END AS THERE WAS NO WATER OR MARS BARS AT THE END, THERE WERE ONLY LARGE T SHIRTS LEFT AND WE WEREN'T THE LAST TO COME THROUGH EITHER. DON'T PUT THE BLAME ENTIRELY ON THE ORGANISATION AS ONE RUNNER WAS SPOTTED TO HAVE TAKEN 6 BOTTLES OF WATER AND FOUR MARS BARS, WHATS THAT ALL ABOUT, GREEDY OR WHAT. NEXT YEAR THE GIRLS SHOULD HAVE THE BAGS MADE UP AND THEREFORE THERE IS A LIMIT TO ONE EACH AND HOPEFULLY NO ONE LOSES OUT.

In short: Good easy course No goody bag at end as described
In full: Good easy race
PB potential v good
Poor management of t hirts and goody bags considering a lot didnt turn out no small or even medium t shirts left and no goody bags left either had to wait till i got home to refuel usually an energy bar at least in a bag which was disappointing
Well done for all the marshalls and supporters for coming out under these conditions cos a lot of runners didnt

In short: Good for a PB - organisation of goodie bags could have been a lot better
In full: Despite waking up to unexpected snow the organisers had clearly got their act together and there was only a bit of slush left. Contrary to other reports, Hilton staff were fine (perhaps we looked like we'd been staying there) and there were no problems nipping to the toilets for a quick change.
Huge queue for goody bag at the end - not good for cramping legs

In short: Boring route and rubbish organisiation
In full: Pros:

Good PB potential
Good to see the RW pace team
Organises did a good job of gritting due to the snow

Cons:
Half the course was down near the coast line, with only a flat sea to stare at. Very boring
Water stations hopeless
Goody bag, by the time i finished, was literally just that, a bag.
Tacky medal
Rubbish non-tech t-shirt

Hilton Hotel obviously didn't want us there at the start or the end.
Commentator was a bit weird, some very random comments

Surely this course would be much better suited to a 10K???
