In short: Well organised, lovely views and excellent start/finish area.
In full: Not the easiest 10 miler you will ever do but a lovely route and very well organised. An excellent off-road finish area for anybody spectating. Not sure about singing the National anthem at the start but it only added to the day! Definitely a race worth doing.

In short: Great race
In full: It was very hot this year and there didn't seem to be much shade en-route, but I loved this race.
No complaints (apart from some twat in a Range Rover cutting the runners up).

In short: Very well organised race but very hot!
In full: A really well organised race with a good, challenging course and somehow I managed a PB despite the heat! Very hot race with not much shade but that's down to nature and no fault of the organisers!! Big thanks to the great marshalls too who were very encouraging. Really nice t-shirt too. Would definately run again.

In short: Superbly organized,great race.
In full: My first Dorking -I'll be back. I thought the organization was first class. The commentator at the finish deserves a mention- knowledgable, encourgaing,so refreshing to want to listen to someone talk through a finish.Nice start and finish area. Yes it was hot but I don't agree with an earlier start -some of us come a long way for this!

In short: Nice countryside run
In full: Great route which takes you through some enjoyable countryside, ok a couple of hills are thrown in but nothing too serious. Approx finishing time markers at the start is, to me a sign of a good event. Nice finishing area - plently of support. Thanks to all involved for putting this event on. Nice one.

In short: Thanks
In full: Firstly, thanks to the organisers - especially the cheery marshalls - for a great job well done and much appreciated.

Three small suggestions. An earlier start, please - it wasn't as hot this time as a couple of years ago, but a lot of us slower types still struggled. Number and tag by post, please - less messing around on the day. The guy next to me at the start almost did himself a serious injury by running into a parked car - realise they can't me moved or banned, but maybe a tall marker (as they use in the Kingston Breakfast runs to avoid people running into bollards).

Overall, thanks for a really good event.

In short: scenic but hot
In full: I did this run a few years back and loved the old route. Now a longer walk to the start, and a very exposed run for June sunshine. I would really recommend an earlier start. Thats said, its a beuatiful area, and marshalls and supporters were fantastic

In full: First time at this race and had a really positive experience.
The course itself threw a few hills at you and the sun made it a real challenge. Organisation was second to none and the marshalling was great.
Would recommend to any runner, club or not.
Looking forward to 2010 already!

In short: I'd love to have another go on a cooler day!
In full: A perfectly organised race on a lovely day (for the supporters and marshalls). Surprisingly tough course made harder by the heat. I'll be back for more next year
