In short: Good course, race
In full: I moved over to flat norfolk from the midlands last year. Where did all those hills come from? Good course, great marshalls well organised, nice day.

In short: It's definitely not flat but still quickish. A really nice race and all the competitors seem to enjoy themselves. I rarely race on the road nowadays (legs won't take it) but have done this race 4 times in the last 5 years.

In short: hottest day of the year, hilly, excellent marshalling
In full: Wow ! my first time here and amazed at how hilly the course is. The marshalls were fabulous, so encouraging and good spirited which helped me get round. Suffered in the heat a bit, hence new blisters. oh joy... Well done everyone, see you next year.

In short: Very hilly, and hot
In full: Overall it is a good race, but its very hilly - if you're not going up a hill you're running down one. There was very little flat terrain on the course. Not really a race for a pb, although the last mile was probably the flattest.
Bit annoying how the weather was hot and sunny, today of all days.
