In short: One of the best runs in the calendar (again)
In full: The Hook 10 is a great race. Small in runner numbers but has the feel of a bigger race. Great course with a few inclines and some scenic country roads. More water stations and marshalls than most races. Not big crowds around the course but all very supportive. Excellent finish. The post-race food and drink spread is better than most big races. I can't recommend this one more.

In full: Organisation could not be falted.Police and Marshalls worked extremely well together.Infact there were so many Marshalls I would defy anybody to get lost!
Plenty of water at the finish, and bananas to boot.I really liked the cardboard cups at one of the water stations.I really struggle to drink on the run. However I may have found the answer. It was so much easier with those cardboard cups!!

In short: Slight inclines, great finish. Super organisation thank you Hook 10
In full: Only gripe was that the prizes were awarded to such a large age range, could we see 10 year prizes and perhaps first 3 male and female? Other than that very minor point, the organisation and atmosphere was fantastic. Thank you

In short: Have not competed in this race for 4 years but is has not lost any of its charm. Very well organised - drink stations and Marshalls excellent. I might be a little slower than when I last competed in this one but it was still very enjoyable, y
