In short: Good new year race that is tough but worthwile.
In full: The change of headquarters was a minus as not much room in the hall pre race to chat about the Christmas break. The toilet facilities are top class. The run is hard and was icy but at least the race went ahead. The start was easy to find if your read the pre race notes. Not sure if start point could be changed as the residents are not very receptive.

In short: Good race, nice momento, fantastic toilets (remained clean and with toilet paper and no queues!) A bit hilly but good for the excessive Christmas calories!

In short: nice post christmas run
In full: As last year, a nice post christmas run in the country. A good course apart from the loops round residential roads to make up the distance.

In short: Great excuse to get out this time of year!
In full: Following some doubt as to whether the race would happen at all, I was delighted it did.

A big thank you to the organisers, and marshalls for turning out for us on a very cold day. Course had some reasonable climbs and good scenery after going round the houses for the first 3 miles - literally.

The start was fairly shambolic - no-one had too much idea where it was, or which way we were going, and the motorist trying to come through as the race started was a joke!
