In short: Lovely! In full: I'd been wanting to do this race for some time, but always seemed to be doing something else on the same day. It's a very pretty route, though not as flat as I had expected. I liked the downhill finish, and the friendly atmosphere. My wife found enough to occupy here for the hour or so I was running. In short: My best 10K experience so far In full: A fantastic organisation, picture perfect scenic route, and enthusiastic passers by cheering the runners on, along with the marshalls, very precise Km marker, and the nicest medal you will ever get. Of course, there is a catch, and that's the hills (especially the last one at 6.5K, just when you were thinking you were done with them...), but they are quickly forgotten during the final gently descending kilometers. All in al a very pleasant experience in lovely Kent coutryside. Thanks to all involved in the organisation. Date of review: April 23, 2010

In short: My favourite race of the year. Early start is great and marshalls very friendly. In full: This was the third time that I have run this race and its definately my favourite of all the races. Good scenery, some challenging hills that are hard but not too long and downhill for the last stretch. The early start means you can be back home at a decent time and get on with the rest of the day. Always been a friendly race and I liked the fact that the race director was at the exit this year, having a quick chat to people as they left. Will be back next year.

In short: Great scenary and a challenging but fun cousre In full: A really nice race. A lot of marshalls for a 10K, very friendly and well organised. Highly recommended. It also seems to be off the radar for the super-quick (maybe because it's near the VLM), so if you're normally sub 35 minutes there might be a race win to be had. Date of review: April 21, 2010
