In short: Dont get put off by rumours of hills
In full: Brilliantly organised race, rumours of hills are exagerated, its undulating, but there are no major climbs really, just a combination of short uphills followed by flat areas. Bottled water greatly appreciated as was good support from marshalls. There isn't much public support although where it was it was great thank you.

A good run well worth the effort and if you haven't done it before give it a go, it really does deserve your time.

In short: Lots of twists and turns with a good mix of of town and country
In full: A great run which would be improved a lot without the section on the main road or if it had some cones to protect runners. Good scenery with a few steep but not long uphills to add to the variety.

In short: Bark worse than the bite!
In full: Having reviewed this race I was anticipating a very hilly tough run. It was hilly but not as hard as others I have completed. Having said that this was the first run I've completed non-stop; a big thank you to my co-runner for helping me with this.

In short: I'm still drying out!
In full: Nice course- firm but fair. Easy parking and good changing facilities. Great marshals and a fantastic football shirt-style technical T-shirt. Even the rain didn't spoil it.
