In short: The one race I make sure not to miss every year.
In full: This is what it's all about, I'd say. Stunning scenery, great atmosphere and seamless organisation. My one, very very tiny, issue is that it would be great to get water in bottles, rather than cups, which are much harder to drink from, but then I'd happily have nothing to drink at all rather than miss this one. It's an absolute beauty. Take a bow, as ever, New Forest Runners.

In short: great race in the heart of the New Forest
In full: forget chasing a pb and come and enjoy a day out in the New Forest. You'll struggle to get a pb because of the heat, gravel tracks and many undulations but still worth it as a friendly, family orientated day and great scenery to boot - why would you ever want to race city streets after doing a run like this.

In short: Well organised, scenic route .... but it was hot !
In full: Really enjoyable run through great scenery. Well organised, enough water stops and encouraging marshalls! Course was flat, but a PB was a tall order due to the forest tracks and heat on the day. Great way to spend a summer's day - sun cream was definately needed! Defo one for next year ...

In short: Bring a picnic and enjoy this excellent family event.
In full: As usual this was an excellent race. Plenty for the kids to do. (entertainer, junior races, bouncy slide) Well organised family event. Bring a picnic and enjoy the day. My favourite race of the year.

In short: Great race through stunning scenery, ran really smoothly. Would have prefered an earlier start time as running in the midday sun was really hard work!

In short: Fantastic race
In full: What a lovely race! Very hot though as others have said, but the scenery was beautiful and well marshalled throughout with enough water stops (hose most welcome).

Even managed a PB which am really pleased with!

In full: Excellent organisation with top class marshalling, and stunning views. Midday heat however was an absolute killer. Will definitely come back, but please start earlier next year.
