In short: Lovely day to run a great race
In full: First time I've done this one and have to say I was very impressed. Had no problems with parking and plenty of room at race start. Most of the course (the eight mile loop done twice) is on very rural roads so apart from the occasional tractor and 4x4 its pretty traffic free. Also quite flat so there's PB potential but still a few more undulations than you're faced with at London if you're using it as a warm up event. Plenty of drink stations and a good friendly atmosphere. Would recommend it.

In short: one for the callender
In full: i have said my piece on the forum, just to confirm, i do think it is good value for what you pay.
i found wind tough and was 2 mile slower than last 2 years. that's 8 20 mile races i have done now, my PB was done here and if i were to get a new one, it would most likely be here again.
i realy would love to come back with no wind and pre-pared to go for a PB without out thinking of other marathon training in mind.
well done host club, i'll be back!!!

In short: Fantastic day out in rural "drive you steady" Norfolk...
In full: ..but we were very dissapointed that the usual high quaality WAC medal had been replaced with a shopping bag. The first-timers we were with could have had a medal to treasure...
