In short: Ideal warm-up for London In full: Friendly, well organised warm-up for those running a spring marathon.
Although lacking the bells and whistles of other races (no chip timing or goody bag), the race offers very good value for the £10 entry fee with a scenic course and on-the-day choice of running 15 or 21 miles.

In short: Excellent VFM and well organised In full: A lovely sunny day, second loop of the 6 miles seems so much harder the second time around ;-) Marshalls excellent, love the jelly babies. Briliant prep for a marathon, although some mad folks were doing it for fun.... Date of review: March 21, 2011

In short: Pat on the MABAC In full: On the same weekend with Fleet and Reading Half's going on, this little gem of a pre-London training run does the business. Very good value for money, well marshalled, quiet country lanes and nice buzzy atmosphere. Date of review: March 21, 2011
