In short: A scenic and well organised race
In full: Great marshalling throughout. Plenty of toilets which is a bonus. Thank you to the nice South African marshall at the end for his hankie!! Great pre-London race. Thanks to all involved

In short: A very enjoyable and well orgnised race. Unfortunately due to shaking off a cold I couldn't give it my best but a lovely race and will definitely be back next year!

In short: good organisation, good value, finish a bit chaotic
In full: Nice easy, hardly undulating course, quiet most of the times except the A-road (in the sec. loop) which was a bit scary. Excellent water stations and marshalling. The only bad point was the disturbing cars in the car park of Cranleigh at the end of the first loop and at the finish of the 21 mile, don't be there!

In short: Great course, well organised
In full: Nothing but praise for this - all of the essentials (water, toilets, parking, marshalls) were as good as could be asked for and the course itself was beautiful. Although the roads were not closed the traffic was generally very considerate and the roads quiet.

In short: I loved this race, very friendly and a well designed route
In full: A perfect training run with some slightly challenging undulations and long stretches between turns, but the roads bend slightly so you never have an infinite stretch ahead of you. The mile-markers seemed very close together. I'm still not entirely sure what MABAC is, but they are very good at putting on races!!

In short: Terrific race with one small suggestion
In full: Like others have said, this is a beautiful, efficient, well-run race along lovely country lanes. Race marshals very encouraging and superb London prep. One suggestion, though, the finish line is kind of bizarrely out of sight until you turn that last corner and it's 10 feet away. I passed the 21-mile marker and had to shout, "Where's the finish line?" Otherwise, though, couldn't do better in a tight, strong race prepping for London.

In short: Cran-dabi-dozi
In full: I did this last year, wanted to come back and appreciated it even more this year.
Most impressed with the scrolling results on a big screen in the Race HQ, lovely little touch.
Absolute bargain too, on the same day as the very pricey Reading Half, to compare this race at £7 you get more miles on a more challenging course, with great marshalling and plenty of water stations if necessary. Greatly visible mile markers and sign posts.
Ideal for a final spin over distance before London.
Certainly one to keep in the diary for future Marathon prep.
