In short: A wonderfully friendly race - with cake!
In full: This is a lovely women's only event over mixed terrain taking in track (start & finish), pavement, grass, footpaths... Well organised by Epsom Allsorts. The course twists and turns a bit and the varied surface underfoot means it probably isn't a PB course. However, it makes you glow. There are children's races before the main event, a communal warm-up, superbly friendly marshalling. Every runner is cheered in to the finish, no matter what their time. This year there was a bum bag instead of the usual t-shirt or vest and there were plenty of positive comments from my fellow club members. If you're local, put it in your diary for next year!

In short: Enjoyable!
In full: This is the 2nd year I have taken part and I still love it! It is mostly flat, with a few moderate inclines!

In short: A nice, friendly run for ladies with cakes and tea at the end - very civilised!
In full: Beat my previous times of this race (thanks to Alex - Surrey Physio's!) but a tad disappointed not to have a t-shirt to add to the collection - specially when my husband arrived with his Sutton Runners 10K all pristine! As always, well organised and lovely ladies serving cake - marvellous. See you next May!

In short: Good race......shame about afterwards!
In full: Not keen on the queue to get a vest and then told no small or large left. The goody bag was just advertising bits of paper. Not up to the usual Allsorts standard. However, really enjoyed the running side of the race and the marshalls were lovely and supportive. Still waiting for the results though.

In short: Definitly worth it for the cake alone, but it was also a great race - lovely atmosphere due to the lack of men!!!
