In short: Excellent local race
In full: One of the best in the area, challenging course in pleasant countryside, friendly encouraging marshals, toilets without a queue, an organiser who responds to queries

In short: Throroughly enjoyable - fantastic course and great organisation
In full: Great family fun day out atmosphere, lost happening, and very well organised. The scenery was beautiful! I want to go back! Very tough hills but they just added to the sense of acomplishment. The organisation was flawless. There were very friendly and enthusiastic marshalls in all the right places, the markers were well placed and not confusing at all, water stations in the right places too and a lovely medal waiting for all of us at the end. I spent the rest of my Sunday on a high. I loved it, want to do it again! Thank you so much for providing such a fantastic organisation. Great job!

In short: Tough course, but my kind of 10k. Wish I could have taken in more of the scenery. Very friendly and great organisation. One of the best in the South East.

In short: A great, well organised race attracting some Elite runners yet still catering for all capabilities. Nice fun day out for the family with plenty to keep your kids amused while you take in the lovely scenery of High Elms & Orpington.
In full: Great marshalls will encourage you around the course which is hilly in several places presenting a great challenge for runners with 1-2 years experience looking for a stretch.

In short: Hills are a killer!
In full: Only my 3rd 10k and I was warned it was a tough one full of hills... it felt like they would never end! Luckily enough downhills to compensate and make up the time lost struggling upwards.

Nice medal and really great family atmoshere particularly with all the kids races earlier in the morning.

In short: Def not a PB course but going to make this my race to look forward to each year, without the pressure of trying to get a good time. Course was 350 metres short of 10k however.
