In short: Scenic, fun and very well organised!
In full: Great run, from Bmth pier, along the beach front past Boscombe, up a zig zag (nice and tough!) Back through Boscombe town and along the beach front to Bmth Pier, well organised, great crowd and a great goodie pack, 3 NRG bars, a t-shirt AND medal! Worth the above avg for a 10k entry fee

In short: An enjoyable experience
In full: Very enjoyable, especially with the good weather on the day. The sound of the waves lapping onto the beach was tranquil. If you manage to keep jogging lightly up the cliff side zig zag path then you will overtake a lot of people who walk that section. Good quality T-shirt and medal. Stayed overnight in local hotel and I'm not sure what I would have done for parking otherwise because there were lots of entrants for the 10k and other entrants for the half, too.

In short: What a fantastic way to spend a Sunday morning
In full: Early start with the clocks going forward but well worth the effort. Sun came out, great run along the beach but the zig zag was an energy sapper. Will try the Half Marathon next year.
