In short: One of the best
In full: This was my first Sodbury Slog and I will be back for more. The organisation was first class, the water stations with jelly beans were great, the mud just stank, the marshall were all fab. This is one of the best races that I have ever run.

I would also like to mention baggage storage, for me this was well organised, and there was a wonderful young girl calling out all the numbers. She was just like a bingo caller, and had all the others running over with the bags. Well done!

This race is a must, and puts others to shame.

In short: Squelch squelch
In full: Why i turn up year after year to half drown in stinky mud I have never worked out. I have new found respect for mud wrestlers and a washing machine demanding therapy.

Fantastic organisation and great marshals. Nice towel at the end and seldom has there been a more appropriate finishers prize.

See you next year

In short: Mud in places I don't even want to think about!
In full: Despite the mud, the freezing cold water and the hills, this was a fabulous run, enjoyed it so much! I haven't done this race for years, but it's every bit as good as I remembered!

In short: I ache in places I did not know it was possible to ache
In full: That will teach me for skipping training sessions

Great morning and one of the best off road races imaginable

Plenty for everyone to enjoy and mud and water never far away

Sheep dip was maybe the only thing that did not quite live up to expectation

But really good fun, friendly marshalls, and a deeply poignant two minutes silence.

We must never forget the sacrifice of others, who lost their lives so we our free and can charge around the Gloucestershire countryside covered in crap

In short: hoping the washing machine will cope with all the mud!
In full: Yet another brilliant race, didn't have to queue too long in the pig trough and other glorious mud baths

In short: Best. Run. Ever.
In full: just got back, I've done this four times now, and it gets better and better each year. Had sunshine and clear skies for the first time, but still had all the magic of previous years.... Organisation very slick, very good support and marshals....

In short: Super mudfest
In full: My first Slog on a glorious day with enough filth and water to satisfy all mudlark runners. I didn't find it hard as there were so many natural rests at styles, sheep dips etc. The brief, dignified Act of Remembrance gives this event a special atmosphere.
