In short: Great 10km run
In full: This was my first Lethbridge 10km, and next year im gonna get right to the front as I did a really good time but due to the fact of being stuck at the back I didnt do a PB. If Im to be critical then why oh why do they nt have small t-shirts??? How many runners are small??? even the men are small so please have small next year I am so sick of wearing my tshirts as nighties..
Overall though great run....

In short: I think I really enjoyed it? :-)
In full: Started a bit nearer the front this year and managed to knock 5 minutes off last years race, and a new PB to boot. So pretty chuffed really as I always find it tough up the slope between 5-6!

In short: Good race, enjoyed it
In full: A good race, really enjoyed it and was pleased with my time. Agree with the other comments about the start being a bit crushed but I guess it added to the fun really! The short portion of it on the road was a shame as some of the cars were a bit impatient but was mostly off-road and relaxing.

In short: Highly enjoyable mid-week run
In full: As I have stated previously, I use this route as a training run, so a bit "same old, same old" for me. Hence I don't find the scenery that inspiring.

That notwithstanding, really enjoy this friendly event. Not really a PB course because of the congestion at the start and the long gradual climb in the fifth mile. Pleased that I managed to knock a couple of minutes off my time from last year.

Like getting a t-shirt at the end, design was the same as last year but a much better colour (white stains too easily!)

Thanks to all the marshalls and supporters. As long as I live in this area I'll be back every year.

In short: Fast start down the old railway line, us chuffers must have been faster than the old locos that once took the route!
In full: Some would say starting the race at the Croft sports center carpark would minimise the congestion down the narrow railway line, but this would diminish the fun of the crush at the start and the sense of trepidation as you are forced to overtake through nettles. The rest of the run is fairly open plan with a couple of short sharp shocking climbs before huffing and puffing up that railway line again.
