In short: Better than London
In full: I was a little apprehensive being amongst a small field of so many fast club runners, but did not need to worry. Very flat course, absolutely brilliant support from marshals and had great help crossing the roads. Good finish area and great to have access to showers afterwards. I also got a PB by over an hour compared to my London marathon time so probably very biased. Somebody had also written words of encouragement on the pavement of the only slight incline which helped to distract you. I had said this would be my last marathon and just stick to half's but now this is one race I want to enter every year. Great Job!
