In full: Another great run by the Wadhurst boys and girls. Extremely well done!

No carping, but a water station between 6 miles and 11 miles would have beem most welcome.

And it would have been nice if some runners hadn't pigged out so much on the cakes, and left some for the not-so-fast finishers.

In short: Great event - gets better every year
In full: Fantastic race - the route is beautiful if you can enjoy it. The road hills are killers though. Plenty of water and energy drinks en route. Lovely cakes and top goody bag.Nice touch to lay on kids entertainment and sports during the race, so was a real family occasion.

In short: One of the best races I've done in England!
In full: Despite the challenging route, the race was fantastic - marshalls were so cheery and happy, the water stations were great (as were the sweets along the way too), the goodie bag was great, the band at the end was lovely and there was even a bus to pick us up from the train station! A total bargain and a great day. Definitely will be back.

In short: Beautiful run with a tough last third. Great family day out.
In full: Superbly organised event around lovely Bewl Water, mostly on trails which were rutted and stoney underfoot in places, but fortunately very dry. By about mile 10 I had to resort to some walking, which became more frequent as we went up more hills towards the finish, but most people around me were doing the same so I didn't mind. Nice goodie bag and cakes, although we'd have liked somwhere to sit down at the end which wasn't a field full of sheep poo!

Incidently, the children's entertainer in the pub garden during th race was very funny apparently, but what did happen to the bouncy castle? Nevertheless, an event for all the family.

In short: A beautiful race by beautiful people
In full: This beautiful but tough course just got tougher with a one mile extension and more hills towards the end. A good challenge. Once again, Wadhurst and Nice Works do themselve proud with slick, friendly and welcoming organisation, a brilliant goodie bag and fantastic homemade cakes to choose from at the finish. To hear the bras band half a mile from the finish was welcoming too! Magic.

In short: the lift from the station for us non car people was a brilliant suprise, thanks! I'm sure more people would go more green with trains if there were lifts at the other end. everything else excellent too. lovely hills at the end!
