In short: Hard as nails. The last hill was bad but the run back in was the hardest - seemed to last for ever.

In short: Hardest yet most enjoyable race I've ever done
In full: Lost my shoe in a bog after 1 mile, fell over in a large puddle / small lagoon after 4, struggled with the hills and did I mention the MUD. Great atmosphere, very friendly participants and marshals - I'll be back.

In short: Bit hilly, bit muddy :-)
In full: Harder this year than last, as more muddy and very slippy in places (went base of apex a few times myself). Still ridiculously mad fun, with an excellent atmosphere, nice scenery and friendly marshalling.

Will be back next year hoping for slightly more traction and a bit less worrying about ending up in the canal ;-)
