In short: Fine Race
In full: Could have done with more water stops and maybe one or two more lucozade stations.

Good race though . . .

In short: A great race if the weather is favourable
In full: Very warm, not much wind. A good run for a novices and beginners to post a respectable time. All-in-all a nice 2-lap race up and down the coast, well marshalled and plenty of water stops. Not many toilets though.

In short: Well organised race!
In full: Considering previous criticism of this event I don't think anyone can complain, well measured with adequate water and lucozade.

Fairly big field but a little lonely on the marathon route in places and pretty hard going down the busy promenade area.

Goody bag pretty good, a nice t-shirt and decent specially made medal, a few odds and sods as well and a bottle of water and lucozade to all finishers.

Not sure what to say about the scenery, little tough going round the thing twice but there was plenty to catch your eye in the Vegas of England!

Shame it's going to be the last one, hopefully a suitable replacement will be found

In short: Not bad!!
In full: Aye, it wasn't bad this one just a little samey course - we ran past Blackpool tower 3 times!! I do think that the organisors needs to get some on-route toilets sorted + maybe some energy gels for the marathon runners!! Thank you to the sweetheart who tried to get me going in the last mile...

In short: Looking for a spring pb
In full: Aquick course, dull in places but still 26 miles. Found it hard running in the heat then running in a face wind but done my best spring pb.
