In short: zero hassle, terrific fun, very friendly.
In full: None of the hassle of big city centre races. This was well organised, friendly and great fun. I've done Bristol, Cardiff and Bath so far and this was much less hassle and more fun than any of them (especially Bath...). No tripping up and jostling with other runners for the same bit of space. New forest ponies in the middle of the road! Definitely do this one again.

In short: Well done and thanks to all the marshals - not a good day to be standing about!
In full: A good race in the cold - I guess lots of people decided to stop in bed - glad I didnt a great friendly race and well done to the marshals a horrid day to be standing about. A hard course with a couple of good hills, lets hope it is a bit nicer next year.

In short: Great race!
In full: Beautiful scenery, friendly runners and good organistaion. Cold and wet, but lots of cheerful marshals, and despite the hills I'm pleased with my time! Will definitely be back to do it again.

In short: Well organised race
In full: Beautiful scenery, incredibly cold! New forest ponies everywhere....and New Forest Pony Poo! Very well organised with Police and emergency services assisting, very friendly and suportive marshalling, thankyou. Showers very disappointing as about a mile from the end and very close together and cold....shyness not a pre-requisite!! Overall, I challenge anyone to say they didn't enjoy the scenery, it's a beautifully thought out course and no amount of rain, sleet or Pony poo should put you off doing this....just keep your mouth shut behind the runner in front if it's wet!!

In short: Wet, scenic, hilly but great race. Brilliant organisation and friendly marshals
In full: Thanks to the organisers for a well organised race and to all the marshalls for standing out in the cold and wet. Loved the route and even the hills - nothing like variety even if they were tiring. This was my first half marathon and a welcoming race to do. Good mix of runners.

In short: WELL DONE excellent organisation and plenty of good marshalls
In full: Many thanks to the supporters and marshalls who stood out in the cold and wet weather. The hot drink and bun was very much appreciated at the end. Second time of running this race see you next year.
