In short: Something for everyone
In full: A single lap undulating course. Roads not closed. Quite challenging underfoot on either road or pavement. Mainly uphills for first 5k, then downs for about 3, then flat. Quite a lot of corners. Very narrow start - anyone with sub-40 aims or higher needs to get near the front. You will quickly be in space to find your pace. Not chip timed. My worst time of my last ten 10ks - about half a minute slower than the average of them. So, not speedy. That was not the point, though. This is a friendly event, well-marshalled, happy runners and spectators, good spirits, inclusive. A community race to support a worthy cause. If you can relax and enjoy the playful course, you'll have a good morning. If driving from outside, allow extra time - I ALWAYS go astray when driving anywhere in this locality!

In short: A really good and friendly race
In full: This is a fine little event, very well organized, great atmosphere as part of a hospital fundraising fete day, and with a good course that's undulating enough to keep it interesting but without killer gradients. Good facilities at the start venue and a very enjoyable day out.

In short: Well organised race to support a good cause
In full: The race was well marshalled and signed. The warmth of the support at the end was welcome because there are a few sections in this race that undulate and that made it harder than I was expecting. I do prefer off road runs and so was annoyed at the cars on some of the route but much of it was in quiet roads away from major traffic. Handy to have the hospital nearby.....

In short: A really good run
In full: The hills are a bit annoying for PB potential but this was my second year and I managed to knock 6 minutes off my time so really pleased.

In short: Great race for a great cause
In full: Great event which is becoming more and more popular each year but still with nice touches. Playful course which seems to get easier each year. Good support at the finish. What a great Fun Run - what a high standard. I`ll be back next year. All for a great cause.

In short: Good event - nice local feel, well organised and a decent course.
In full: I really enjoyed this and hope to come back next year. You can get a decent time on this course, though there are couple of slightly challenging hills. The event itself is suitable for all types - racers through to fun runners. Well marshalled too.
