In short: A quick, flat course with PB potential.
In full: A bit disappointed with sign posting on arrival at the start. Joined a small posse of other runners looking for toilets and race HQ. The course around the town could have done with a few more marshalls but that said, a good course ideal for first timers and a PB.

In short: Nice flat, fast course - PB for me! Shame about the weather but what do you expect for Oct in England!! Nice medal too :O)

In short: Great Race - Shame about the weather!
In full: My first 1/2 marathon race - and my local one was very enjoyable. My only gripe would be that the first drinks station was very early - at about 2 miles, the second was at about 5, but was not handing out water meaning that I had to wait until about 7 miles for my first slurp!
Apart from that, I really enjoyed this race. The weather was rubbish, but I think that the rain actually helped. Nicwe medal. Would definately do this again!

In full: A very pleasant morning out. Organisers of all ages seemed to shrug off the atrocious weather and go to extremes to help out. Thanks, small boy who sprinted after me with some water after I botched the pick-up!

In short: Lovely friendly scenic race
In full: Well organised friendly race- good for first timers- flat as a pancake although the weather may have slowed some today- I flew the first half and then met the headwind on the way back. Masses of marshalls, good enough water points, nice finishers medals and generous wine and trophies for category winners. Bit hairy getting to the finish with traffic and supporters milling around the final corners and footpaths but nevertheless, well done to all.
