In short: A couple of killer hills, could do with more cheering from marshalls en-route...

In short: Challenging, well organised and lots of local support really helped
In full: Good weather conditions helped towards a suprisingly quick time for what is a fairly hilly course, good fun!

In short: Undulating probably doesn't do the three hills justice but I suppose they were fairly short, a good run thoughh.
In full: Nicely organised and friendly, some nice scenery. It isn't good for PB's. The hills were quite short but took a lot of pace out of you.

In short: Wet, challenging, wet, fun ... did I mention WET?!
In full: Really enjoyable race again, but no accurate idea of my time - couldn't see an actual start line, and technical problems means I've no official time either. Once again the km markers were all over the place - my fastest was 2:18! I'm not that good! Huge thanks to all the marshalls standing out in that weather.

In short: A good event but still spoilt by organisational weaknesses
In full: This event has so much potential: a varied route through woods, parkland, roads and villages, with some tough hills thrown in, and an enthusiastic entry despite the foul weather on the day. And yet - the start was again a mess, with no PA/tannoy to inform entrants where to line up, or when the race was started; again, no warnings about speed bumps or potholes in the hospital grounds; somewhat chaotic finish funnel, with some people wandering out of position before the marshals had noted them; and still no web results, almost 2 weeks after the event. So come on guys, with a bit more effort this event could be really good!
