In short: Great atmosphere and very well organised
In full: Defintely a trail run and overtaking an issue at beginning and end but very well organised with enough facilities and right sort of refreshments at end. Need to watch footing in places so not necessarily a PB run

In short: Scenic, mixed terrain, great atmosphere, brilliant for beginners and more elite runners alike
In full: I think this is a great course for beginners. Its a challenge without being too daunting. My parents joined me this year for their first 10k and it was a test but gave them great satisfaction. For those after a time, if you save yourself for the hill around 3-5k, after that, the course is slowly and gently downhill so you can ease yourself into the latter part. Love the atmosphere and for a good cause.

In short: A good run... but due to narrowness of the paths... very hard to overtake...

In short: second year in a row lovely race
In full: I love races which are inclusive and encourage people to have a go, it's a lovely course, well organised and all the other runner's were very friendly. My husband and two friends dressed as superheroes (to raise money for the hospice) and the support they got was overwhelming.

In short: Excellent cross-country run
In full: My first time at this event. Very enjoyable and well-organised. Be prepared for an uphill climb for around 1.5k up to the 5k mark. After that, the second half of the course is easier.

In short: An Ecelent Race, great organisation.
In full: A well organised race, great marshals the course is a good mixture of off road and hills, no race complete with out a good hill. The best race in Hertfordshire with out a doubt. Refreshments at the end brilliant, congratulations to all the organisers.
