In short: Very well organised, only the long drag along a fairly busy road lets it down a bit t
In full: Very comfortable race HQ in the stadium, very slick organisation, only quite a lot of pavement running along open roads, which beginners might find a distraction or need for extra concentration they could do without.

In short: Excellent race, sign me up for next year :-0. V. well organised
In full: I did this race last year and it was good, even better this year with improved T-shirts as souveignrs and slightly less wind (although still windy on miles 6 through 8). Will definately want to do this race again next year. Tough with the hills at 4 and 9 miles, but beat my last years time by 2.5 mins so will aim for the same again next year :-) Only issues were some irrate drivers that couldn't get out of junctions due to us running past, Marshalls got a bit of an ear bashing from them, but seemed to be handled well.

In short: Well worth it.
In full: I would definitely come back and do this again. There is a steep hill before the 5M mark, and the last mile included a gentle uphill stretch. But I didn't think it was too hilly at all. Great long-sleeve t-shirt, even available in small sizes.

One minor quibble is that, for such a big field, it did seem silly to start everyone from such a narrow funnel. Oh well, I guess that's what chip timing was for, but still...

In full: Well organised race and good value for money. Marshalls/Officials all very friendly and encouraging. My wife ran also (her fisrt ever race) and was encouraged all the way to a sub 2 hour time. She was very happy !
