In short: Wonderful splashy run In full: My eighth time of doing this and one of the best. Lots of splashy mud and helpful, happy marshals. One of my favourite races ever. Good mementos and prizes too. Date of review: December 4, 2006

In short: Fantastic x country, with lots of mud and puddles In full: My firts time for this run and I will be back next year. A hard run but well worth it. The mud and puddles just made me laugh so much. Everyone was really friendly and the scenery was fab. Loved the run through the woods even though I ended up knee deep in a muddy puddle at one point. In short: Extremely hard x-country but enjoyable. In full: A well organised and well marshalled x-country across very muddy terrain. Good prizes for the winners and runners up and decent momentos for the rest of us. Good shower and changing facilities and club bar for a drink and food afterwards. Well done to the Worthing Striders for organising this. Date of review: December 3, 2006
