In short: Challenging, but worth it!!!
In full: Good organisation, great atmosphere, wonderful scenery, sunburnt to hell. The uphill sections are moderate but not too bad. See you next year!

In short: felt tougher because of the heat this year..
In full: great race always enjoyed it,albiet quite a toughy,but the heat/sun got to me this year too and lost time , still, great race ,good atmosphere,lots of ups and downs,and thank god for the ice cream van at the finish line..!

In short: Awesome scenery, loved it
In full: Highly recommend this to anyone. Make sure that you have done plenty of hill work, up and down, before hand. Absolutely loved it.

In short: you feel proud when you've "done buxton"
In full: very warm race.normally it rains and blows.hilly race with the second climb and a few miles after are tuff.still reckon its harder then eyam.felt like the second water station could off been closer,maybe just the heat kicking in.hope the chap was ok at the end .

In short: Very hot day, and some killer hills particularly in the second half, but a very rewarding experience & extremely friendly.

In short: Tough because of the hills . . .
In full: however a very enjoy enjoyable. This is a really good half marathon one of the best i've done . . .

Despite the hills I'd recommend this for new runners . . . give it ago . . .

In short: Superbly organised, challenging but fun event
In full: Really enjoyed the run - Really gruelling climbs but so well organised and such a good atmosphere - I'm definitely going back next year and next time I might try and run all the way up the hills

In short: Oh what a race! The sun cooked me this year though!
In full: Love this race, 10 minutes slower than last year despite being fitter and stronger the sun zapped me before the hills did! Highly recommended (the race not running in 25 degrees thats just silly!)
