In short: Excellent event in every way ! In full: What a great race, really well organised, very friendly marshalls, and great scenery. I am thrilled to have run this race, especially after knocking over 7mins off my time from last year. There's a long hill which we negotiated twice, but what goes up must come down again, the other side of the hill is a lovely fast stretch, gently downhill and leading into a nice fast finish. Again a top event and would recommend to anyone.
In short: i hate multiple lap races In full: i dislike multiple lap routes, the cardiac hill was bad enough once, knowing you have got it again was mentally challenging, as you can tell i was way of my target time, the positives were it was a mental battle, its been emotional Date of review: April 5, 2010
In full: A very well organised race on a challenging course. Credit for City of Norwich for their organisational skills. The two laps included a hill which was about 1 k of each lap, but there was an equally long descent. The ladies were complainign about a lack of toilet facilities but apart from that a very good quality event Date of review: April 4, 2010

In short: Excellent atmosphere, organization and marshals. In full: Excellent atmosphere, organization and marshals. This race is fast becoming part of my annual fixture list as a result of the above. Richard Polley and crew, have nailed an excellent race, which seems to attract more and more runners each year. All marshalls provide encouragement and as always an excellent goody bag to finish with, plus a choice of fresh fruit. Well done to all concerned. Date of review: April 4, 2010
