In short: Hard as nails but fabulous organisation
In full: A brilliant race, well organised, superb marshals, well stocked water stations, brilliant swag and a superb route. It does have a LOT of hills!

In short: killed me again but it was awesome!
In full: this is a truly wonder race though the beautiful Surrey hills, trifle wet and muddy this year but great still the same. Its hard course the 3rd quarter is a real killer. Fantastic atomsphere great goodies at the end, read character

In short: Fantastic
In full: Really enjoyed that today. Everything was perfect the mud, the course, the scenery, the organisation and the atmosphere. One of the true great trail marathons in the UK.

In short: Well done Trionium and Dr Rob for an excellent event
In full: A beautiful trail race along the North Downs. Registration was smooth, with tea and coffee available for free. At the start we had a lady hold up a board with the words to Jerusalem as we sang along with Dr Rob. Due to recent rains it was very muddy underfoot but the rain stayed away for most of the day. This is a hilly course, but what goes up must come down!
It amazes me that Dr Rob is able to put this event on, being a one man band. I appreciate the tremendous effort this type of event takes not just on the day of the event but also the day before where so much work is put in place. The marshals were excellent once again. The medal, technical tops and mug as well as a cooked breakfast were excellent. Although the weather was good, there was a lot of mist, preventing some glorious views. The water stations were well stocked with water, jelly babies and at some there was chocolate and crisps.

In short: hard but superb
In full: Hills come one after another. Perfect weather today although quiet boggy in sime areas. Ran it in 2010 and marshalled it last year, so took up the offer of a free place. If you ran this then try Robs other events and if brave enough take on the Picnic marathon. So to wrap up - great race, great race momentos, superb marshalls and organisation. Top marks 100 out of 100

In short: What a challenge!
In full: Great race. Well organised. I'm a suburban slogger and I gave this a go. It was a super course for trail runners who like severe climbs. I'm glad I've done it but probably my first and last. There just aren't enough hills in Epsom to master a course like this! Would recommend.
